What is ResearchED?
ResearchED is an international phenomenon. The goal of researchED is to bridge the gap between research and practice in education. Researchers, teachers and policy-makers come together for a day of information-sharing and myth-busting.
Started by Tom Bennett in London 2013, it has spread around the world, to venues beyond the UK like Malmo, Haninge, Pretoria, Philadelphia, Rome, Dubai, Melbourne, Auckland, Amsterdam, New York, Toronto and Vancouver.
ResearchED returns to the beautiful campus at St. Columba’s College in September 2022, after a hugely successful first event in 2019 and a pandemic induced hiatus in 2020 and 2021.

The Clayton Hotel in Leopardstown is our recommended conference hotel. The hotel is located just 10 minutes away from St. Columba’s, by car or taxi, and has excellent links to the airport (30 minutes by car or taxi, 60 minutes via Aircoach) and light rail to the city centre (30 minutes via Luas Green Line, Central Park stop).
